When you first open SellThisHouse, you'll be guided through a simple onboarding process:

1. Enter your property address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
2. Select your current phase (Prep, Listing, Escrow, or Closing)
3. Add key dates like your closing date (you can add more dates later)

Once complete, you'll see your personalized dashboard with tasks and deadlines.

SellThisHouse organizes the home selling process into four phases:

• Prep: Getting your home ready to list - decluttering, repairs, curb appeal, gathering documents
• Listing: Your home is on the market - managing showings, reviewing offers
• Escrow: You've accepted an offer - inspections, negotiations, paperwork
• Closing: Final steps - walkthrough, utilities, moving out, closing day

Each phase has specific tasks and deadlines tailored to that stage of the process.

SellThisHouse automatically calculates important deadlines based on your key dates and state. For example:

• Seller disclosures are typically due 7 days after accepting an offer in California
• Standard contingency removal is usually 17 days after acceptance
• Final walkthrough typically happens 1-5 days before closing

As you enter your listing date, accepted offer date, and closing date, the app calculates when each deadline falls. You'll see urgent deadlines highlighted on your dashboard.

Yes! While SellThisHouse comes with comprehensive pre-built task lists, you can add your own custom tasks:

1. Go to the Tasks tab
2. Tap the + button in the bottom right
3. Enter your task title and optional details
4. Choose the phase and category

Custom tasks appear alongside the built-in tasks and can be marked complete just like any other task.

The free version of SellThisHouse includes:

• Full task management for the Prep phase
• Basic deadline tracking

SellThisHouse Premium unlocks the full experience:

If you've previously purchased Premium and need to restore it (for example, on a new device):

1. Open SellThisHouse
2. Go to Settings (More tab > Settings)
3. Tap "Restore Purchases"

Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase.

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
2. Tap your name at the top
3. Tap "Subscriptions"
4. Find SellThisHouse and tap it
5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

Your data is stored locally on your device. If your data seems to be missing:

• Make sure you haven't deleted and reinstalled the app (this removes local data)
• Check that you're using the same device
• If you have cloud sync enabled, try signing out and back in

We recommend enabling cloud sync (Premium feature) to back up your data.

Try these steps to improve performance:

• Close and reopen the app
• Make sure you have the latest version from the App Store
• Restart your device
• Check that you have sufficient storage space on your device

To receive deadline reminders:

1. Open your device Settings
2. Find SellThisHouse in the app list
3. Tap "Notifications"
4. Enable "Allow Notifications"

Also check that notifications are enabled within the app under Settings > Notifications.
