4. User Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Subscriptions and Payments

SellThisHouse offers both free and premium features. Premium subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions.

  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings
  • No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into the app (property information, tasks, documents, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the app to store or transmit malicious content

8. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by SellThisHouse and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

We do not guarantee the accuracy of deadline calculations, task templates, or any other information provided in the app. Real estate transactions involve complex legal and financial matters that vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SELLREADY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SellThisHouse and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app or on our website. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
